Sarah and Trevor enjoy placing seeds in the ground and watching them respond to all manner of environmental conditions. In the meantime, they frequently call upon the powers of fermentation to transform ordinary foodstuffs into bubbly, funky, irresistibly sour concoctions. Sarah tends to bring along her fancy camera in case something goes right, and on some warm, blissful day in the future Trevor has promised to crack open his portable watercolour kit and produce a topical illustration. Now wouldn’t that be grand?
